Start manually, validate fast, then build the RAG-based MVP.
The first year should move from customer discovery and a concierge MVP to a technical MVP, internal Jungheinrich validation, and finally pilot customers outside Jungheinrich.
Week 1–6
Discovery and concierge MVP
- Interview service technicians and office staff
- Recruit 3 technicians
- Build concierge MVP: Manually gather job data, send WhatsApp voice briefings, receive technician voice reports via WhatsApp, transcribe and document manually
Week 7–20
Technical MVP and internal expansion
- Build a real RAG system connected to a vibe-coded mobile app
- Extend testing to 10 technicians by week 12
- Add technical documents and first connectors to knowledge base by week 16
- Extend testing to one Jungheinrich service unit or team by week 20
Week 21–31
Testing, building and polishing
- Polish product and extend functionality based on learnings and user feedback
Week 32–52
External pilots and continuation decision
- Find pilot customers outside Jungheinrich around week 32
- Focus on digitally open-minded SMEs with 10 service technicians
- Roll out the first beta to pilot customers by week 40
- Validate product-market fit and willingness to pay
- Review traction at week 52
