7 · First 12-Month Plan

Start manually, validate fast, then build the RAG-based MVP.

The first year should move from customer discovery and a concierge MVP to a technical MVP, internal Jungheinrich validation, and finally pilot customers outside Jungheinrich.

Week 1–6

Discovery and concierge MVP

  • Interview service technicians and office staff
  • Recruit 3 technicians
  • Build concierge MVP: Manually gather job data, send WhatsApp voice briefings, receive technician voice reports via WhatsApp, transcribe and document manually
Week 7–20

Technical MVP and internal expansion

  • Build a real RAG system connected to a vibe-coded mobile app
  • Extend testing to 10 technicians by week 12
  • Add technical documents and first connectors to knowledge base by week 16
  • Extend testing to one Jungheinrich service unit or team by week 20
Week 21–31

Testing, building and polishing

  • Polish product and extend functionality based on learnings and user feedback
Week 32–52

External pilots and continuation decision

  • Find pilot customers outside Jungheinrich around week 32
  • Focus on digitally open-minded SMEs with 10 service technicians
  • Roll out the first beta to pilot customers by week 40
  • Validate product-market fit and willingness to pay
  • Review traction at week 52
